The Main Entree or
Secondo Piatto:
The second plate or course would be our main course. It is always the meat,
fish, or poultry portion of
the meal and is accompanied by some sort of vegetable(s). Like the primo
piatto, it is very common to be served more than one secondo piatto for the
more festive meals.
